Celebrating Your Year of Preschool
|
All of the participants: children, parents, teaching staff and the surrounding neighbourhood should have the opportunity to celebrate the Preschool community’s positive contributions. The celebration should acknowledge the tremendous role that many of the volunteers within the preschool have played in drawing the neighbourhood together and building a greater sense of community. Thought should be put to the following:
- determining a date, a program and considering the special guests you would invite, Primary School principal, CPS Councillor, Local ACT Goverment Member;
- inviting the families of children who are enrolled for Preschool in the coming year; and
- accessing preschool funds to fund such celebrations.
