How to enter an artwork or box-construction

Rules of entry:

Instructions of how to enter an artwork or box-construction into the CPS 65th Birthday Art Exhibition forms part of the rules of entry into the Exhibition.
To enter an artwork or box-construction the artist must be enrolled in a playschool or preschool that is a current group member of the Canberra Preschool Society.
You must print the following information (IN BLOCK CAPITALS) on the "Entry Details" section of the brochure and affix it to the back of each entry:

Child's first name and age
Title of entry.
Preschool or Playschool name, school address, school telephone number and teacher’s name.
A signature of the child's parent, teacher or guardian that acknowledges that the artwork may be placed on the Canberra Museum & Gallery website, or used in any CPS printed publicity and/or placed on the CPS Website during or post this year’s Exhibition and for future Exhibitions.

You may enter one piece of artwork OR one piece of box-construction per individual playschool or preschool.
The artwork entry must be submitted in flat format and should remain within the specified size guidelines. All artwork entries must be firmly adhered to a piece of A3 sized heavy-weight (minimum of 280GSM) card. Framed entries will not be accepted under any circumstances.
The box-construction entries must be firmly adhered to an A4 sized heavy-weight (minimum of 280GSM) card - or an A4-sized portion of recycled cardboard box is totally acceptable!
The closing date for the confirmation of entries to the 65th CPS Birthday Art Exhibition is Friday 31st October 2008. This date is final. If the entry is received after this date it will not be able to be included in the Exhibition due to the limited allocation of display space.
All entries must be delivered, by each Preschool or Playschool group, to the ACT Legislative Assembly on Friday the 7th November 2009.
The artwork together with the artist's details (name, age, name of preschool/playschool) may be placed on the Canberra Museum & Gallery website, or used in any CPS printed publicity and/or placed on the CPS Website during or post this year’s Exhibition and for future Exhibitions.
The rules of the Exhibition may not be changed or modified and will strictly be applied.
THE CLOSING DATE FOR THE CONFIRMING AN ENTRY INTO THE EXHIBITION IS FRIDAY, 31ST OCTOBER 2008.
